On September 24, the University of La Verne College of Law will present the first event of the law school's Global Law Colloquium Series.
The first event will include a talk by professor, lawyer and international trade and justice expert, Frank J. Garcia. Garcia's talk will be titled Three Takes on Global Justice. Southwestern Law School Professor, Robert E. Lutz will also be speaking. His presentation is titled Providing Globalized Legal Services: Challenges for the Legal Profession, Regulators and Educators.
The series will continue through the 2009-2010 school year and is set to become a permanent part of La Verne Law`s program of legal education. The Colloquium facilitator at the law school is Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Law, John Linarelli.
